SHE FEELS SEEN
Pregnancy is extraordinary.
It is also overwhelming, disorienting, and often profoundly lonely — even when you're surrounded by people who love you.
Maybe you've done the prenatal vitamins, the birthing classes, the registry. Maybe you have a good OB or midwife. And still — something feels unsettled. Like you're preparing for the biggest experience of your life, but nobody is actually helping you prepare your body for it.
You feel the tension accumulating- either physically, mentally or emotionally. In your hips, your shoulders, your breath. You know intuitively that there's a way to be more present in your pregnancy — more connected to what's happening inside you — but the tools you have aren't quite reaching the place that needs them, or it's hard for you to find the space to apply tools you have.
"You don't need more information. You need somewhere to land."
Your guide
I've stood where you're standing.
I'm Monica — licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, doula, and mother. I've worked with over 400 women through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of motherhood.
But what I know most deeply didn't come from a textbook . It came from living through an unplanned pregnancy, a postpartum spiral I didn't recognize until I was already inside it, and the long, slow work of learning to trust my own body again.
That journey is what I bring into every class, every practice, every word I offer you. I'm not someone who has it all figured out — I come to you as someone who has walked this terrain and found her footing. And knows exactly where the ground feels uncertain and how to find it within yourself-in your body....not something outside of yourself.
My work doesn't give you answers. It returns you to the wisdom you already carry.

Your weekly space to come home to your body.
01
✦
One live prenatal yoga class
Every Wednesday evening, we practice together live on Zoom. Slow, intentional movement designed specifically for the pregnant body — no experience needed, no performance required. Just you, your breath, and the space to arrive. All classes are recorded, so if life happens, the replay is always waiting.
02
✦
A community of women who understand
You are not doing this alone. The Studio holds a small, intimate community of women in similar seasons — a place where you can ask questions, share what's alive, and be held without having to explain yourself.
03
✦
One mid-week support touchpoint
Each week you also receive a short teaching, guided audio practice, or embodiment ritual — 10 to 15 minutes. Something to carry into your days. These are not homework. They are invitations. Come to them when the moment feels right.
04
✦
A growing on-demand library
Every class and teaching you receive becomes part of your permanent library. Return to practices that helped. Revisit teachings that resonated. By the time your baby arrives, you will have built a body of practice that is entirely yours.
HOW IT FLOWS
Every month, a thread to follow.
Rather than a fixed curriculum, each month inside the Studio has a gentle theme — an intention that runs quietly through the classes, the short practices, and the weekly nuggets I drop throughout the week.
Some months the thread might gather around grounding and safety. Another month it might be surrender, or trust, or the wild intelligence of the birthing body. The theme is never a prescription. It is more like a color that tints everything we do together — something to notice, something to return to.
You don't need to follow it linearly.
You don't need to start at the beginning.
The library is organized so you can drop into whatever your body is asking for on any given day — a full class, a short breath practice, a pose breakdown, a moment of stillness.
The thread is there if you want it. And the door is always open if you don't.

A NOTE ON HOW WE PRACTICE
This is not about doing more.
Pregnancy can become its own kind of performance — the supplements, the apps, the right birth plan, the correct way to sleep. And underneath all of it there's an exhausting pressure to get it right.
What we do in the Studio is different. We practice the art of feeling — of slowing down enough to hear what your body is already saying. Because your body has never once needed your fear to do its work. It knows how to build a human being. It knows how to open. It knows how to birth.
What it needs from you is not more striving. It is your presence. Your breath. Your willingness to trust what has been quietly at work inside you all along.
"Body awareness is not a wellness luxury. It is a birth skill."
A woman who has been practicing the art of feeling — who has been strengthening the channel between sensation and consciousness — walks into her birth as the expert she already is. She knows what her body is telling her. She knows what to ask for. She can feel her way through what cannot be thought through.
That is what we build together. Week by week. Breath by breath.

TESTIMONIALS
What's our client's say?
"I started taking Monica’s prenatal classes in September 2024 and barely missed a class until the very last week before I delivered my first baby in mid-March 2025. What I loved most was how intentionally Monica addressed every physical discomfort and taught movements that truly helped release tension. The hip exercises were my absolute favorite — I always left feeling so much better. Beyond the physical benefits, Monica always made space for our pregnancy-related worries. I’ve always been scared of being pregnant and especially of giving birth. Every class, she reminded us how natural pregnancy is and how our bodies are built for this. It seems obvious, but hearing it in such a calm, comforting way made a huge difference for me. It helped me move from fear to confidence and start seeing pregnancy as something natural and safe rather than something to stress over. I’m so grateful I stayed consistent with her classes. Pregnancy is a time when you really need to connect with your body and your baby, and Monica made that feel effortless. She guided us with so much care and created a comfortable, relaxing space where everyday worries melted away and we could truly focus on ourselves. She’s amazing, and if we go for baby #2, I already know I’ll be signing up for Monica’s classes again!"

You don't have to figure this out alone...
Pregnancy is one of the most profound initiations a woman's body will ever move through.
It deserves more than a checklist. It deserves presence, practice, and the steady companionship of women who understand.
The Studio is a small, intentional space. It will not be right for everyone. But if something in you recognized itself in these words — if there is a part of you that has been quietly looking for exactly this — I'd be honored to hold this season with you.
"Your body has never stopped speaking. This is where you learn to receive what it's saying."
