A note from Monica

I work with women at every threshold — pregnancy, postpartum, depletion, and the quieter in-between moments when something is shifting but hasn't named itself yet.

 Over the years, I have sat with hundreds of women in sessions. And I have noticed something that never stops moving me: the moment a woman stops trying to manage her body and starts listening to it.

 It looks like a tranquil settling. Like she is melting within her skin.

 That moment is not something I give her. It is something she remembers

My work draws on years of training as a Licensed Perinatal Massage Therapist, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Doula, and Feminine Embodiment Coach. But more than any credential, it draws on a deep belief:
